Drawn by Emily right here in North Yorkshire, you can decide whether to feature your pet and include their favourite things too. Super soft with double thickness, our blankets will have your personalised design on one side, and a soft, fleecy layer on the other side. 
 
Please email a selection of images of your pet to emilyongillustration@gmail.com and specify your colour preference for background colour. Please consult the colour chart for tried and tested background colours - Emily can accommodate different colours, but this is at the customer's own risk if you decide to opt for a background colour that is not on the chart.
 
Emily will email you with your mock up before finalising your design to make sure that you are happy with the result. Please include images of up to 5 favourite things only if selecting the favourite things option.
 
Emily Ong Illustration personalised blankets come in two different sizes:
 
  • Small Blanket - approx. 100 x 70 cm
  • Large Blanket - approx. 100 x 140 cm
 
*Blankets are all drawn, designed, printed and made to order, please allow sufficient time for these items to be processed.*

    Personalised items - Terms and Conditions

    By placing an order for a personalised item, the customer acknowledges the following points:

    • Emily can only work from the selection of photos sent through via email, not an Instagram link. If the customer has any specifics - e.g For the portrait to feature a blue collar, an open mouth, a curled tail, these need to be noted and detailed at the time of placing your order. Please specify any specific markings at the time of placing your order. 

    • Once the customer has received their proof through, the customer cannot request Emily to work from a new set of photographs. Emily can only make certain modifications to artwork, Emily retains the right to class extra modifications as a full redraw. Emily retains the right to cancel a customer’s order and refund 50% of the order if this is not respected. Emily's style is illustrative and any drawings will be an interpretation of your pet, not photo-realistic!


    • Personalised orders are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the personalised nature of the work.

     

    • Personalised orders are for personal use only.


    • All mockups will be discussed with the customer prior to the final product being printed. By stating that they are happy with the design and happy to go ahead with the personalised product, the customer accepts acknowledgement of the no returns policy.
